The program and partnership department is responsible for coordinating all logistics needed to offer special programs that fit individuals and companies' needs and tailors courses either on or off-site. Learners sponsored by organizations or firms may register through their organization or firm representatives. Representatives can visit SEM offices at AUC Tahrir Square or AUC New Cairo or by email to [email protected] or call 16723 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays national holidays.

Proceed with the certificate to the SCE Strategic Enrollment Management office (SEM), located on the ground floor of the Falaki building, weekdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm during Ramadan. After reviewing it, SEM will proceed to obtain the required AUC authorized signatures. The certificate is then stamped with the School of Continuing Education's official stamp and returned to the learner within two to five working days, depending on the availability of the AUC authorized staff members. Before proceeding to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for final official stamps, you will need to visit as well first the Ministry of Higher Education - Cultural Relations in the Diplomatic Quarter - Nasr City to get their official stamp.
