The career certificate in sales management aims at giving insight into the profession of selling and learning a sales manager’s primary responsibilities: setting goals for a sales force, planning, budgeting, and organizing a program to achieve those goals, implementing the program, and controlling and evaluating the results.
*One continuing education unit equals 10 contact hours.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Learn the basic concepts relating to the formulation and use of marketing strategies for products.
- Explore the fundamentals of consumer buying behavior.
- Examining the scientific methods of salesmanship analysis of prospects.
- Applicants must obtain the score for course ENGGB1A on the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) With Live Proctoring or passing ENGGA2D
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy
- Applicants must complete the Certificate of Achievement in Sales and Marketing
