Project Management course provides learners with an integrative view of project management. It focuses on how projects contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. It enables learners to comprehend and apply a project plan's components, such as managing risk, scheduling resources, managing progress, and controlling projects. Topics covered include project selection and portfolio management, scope management, project team building, conflict and negotiation, cost estimation and budgeting, project scheduling, critical chain project scheduling, resource management, project evaluation, and control.

Upon successful completion of this course, the learners will be able to:
- Demonstrate the importance of project management
- Practice project team building, conflict, and negotiation
- Plan project schedule: networks, duration, estimation, and critical path
- Control critical chain project scheduling
- Evaluate projects
The following admission requirements are mandatory for learners who wish to complete the Career Certificate in Management:
- Foundation certificate in business administration
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy
- Applicants must pass Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) With Live Proctoring and score level ENGG B1A or pass ENGG A2D.
The following admission requirements are mandatory for learners who wish to complete the course as Stand-Alone Certificate – Attendance Certificate:
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy
- Applicants must pass Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) With Live Proctoring and score level ENGGB1A or passing ENGGA2D
