The course aims to help non-marketers understand the basics of marketing and its importance in establishing successful businesses. It includes Marketing concepts, components, segmentation and targeting, and considerations for the marketing mix.

- Demonstrate basic concepts of marketing and its values to customers
- Identify Marketing Process components
- Analyze the micro and macro marketing environment and the role of marketing information in environmental scanning
- Recognize the value of segmentation, targeting, differentiation, and positioning in establishing a successful business
- Discuss the marketing mix components: product, price, plac,e and promotion
- Identify the growth planning tools (BSG & Ansoff’s)
Applicants must pass Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) with Live Proctoring and score level ENGGB1A.
