Leadership Skills covers topics include leadership, managerial traits, skills, perspectives on effective leadership behavior, participative leadership, delegation and empowerment, power and influence, charismatic and transformational leadership, leading change in organizations, leadership in teams and decision groups, and strategic leadership by top executives.

A stand-alone certificate will be issued upon the successful completion of each course.
Upon successful completion of this course, the learners will be able to:

- Assess charismatic and transformational leadership
- Develop leadership skills
The following admission requirements are mandatory for learners who wish to complete the Career Certificate in Management:
- Foundation certificate in business administration
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy
- Applicants must pass Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) With Live Proctoring and score level ENGG B1A or pass ENGGA2D.
The following admission requirements are mandatory for learners who wish to complete the course as Stand-Alone Certificate – Attendance Certificate:
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy
- Applicants must pass Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/Online English Placement Test (OEPT) With Live Proctoring and score level ENGGB1A or pass ENGGA2D
