International Financial Reporting Standards integrates international financial reporting standards (IFRS) into financial accounting courses.

Foundation Certificate in Accounting and Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
*Continuing education unit equals 10 contact hours
A stand-alone certificate will be issued upon the successful completion of each course. -
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Discuss the structure of the framework of IFRS
- Apply relevant financial reporting standards to key elements of financial reports
- Identify, apply, and improve the efficiency of disclosure requirements for companies in financial reports and notes
- Differentiate principal differences between Egyptian/US GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare and interpret financial statements in light of the international financial reporting standards (IFRS)

The following admission requirements are mandatory for students who wish to complete the Career Certificate in Accounting or Career Certificate in Finance only:
- Applicants must pass the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/The Online English Placement Test (OEPT) and score level ENGGB1A.
- Continuing Education level SBAF 101 Minimum Grade of D and Continuing Education level SBAF 106 Minimum Grade of D.
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy.
The following admission requirements are mandatory for students who wish to complete the course as Stand-Alone Certificate – Attendance Certificate:
- Applicants must have basic computer literacy.
- Applicants must pass the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)/The Online English Placement Test (OEPT) and score level ENGGB1A or passing ENGGA2D.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent with a minimum of two years of professional experience in the accounting/finance field.
