Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
This is a globally recognized certificate that supports management accounting and finance professionals who drive business performance inside organizations. The CMA program is an advanced-level curriculum requiring candidates to demonstrate knowledge of accounting, finance and related fields.

EXAM
The CMA exam is designed to develop and measure critical thinking and decision-making skills. All examinations are offered by Prometric, a worldwide network of testing centers.
The exam is offered according to the following schedule:- January and February
- May and June
- September and October
The scores will be mailed approximately six weeks after the end of the month during which the applicant took the test.
All exams are computer-based with multiple choice and essay questions.

Financial Decision Making
Four hours – 100 questions and two essay questions -
Certified Management Accountants will:
- Possess advanced financial and strategic management competencies
- Lead, manage and make decisions in management accounting and financial management
- Be trusted partners to executives in all areas of an organization
- Evaluate performance and make decisions about the strategic direction of the organization
- Understand the business formula for delivering value to the customer
- Earn approximately 22 percent more than a non-certified profession
