This series of workshops aimed to orient the tourism sector employees to the new trends and requirements of sustainable tourism. During these dynamic sessions, the participants will learn the concept of sustainability and its relevance to tourism development, the concept of sustainable destinations and green hotels, the introduction of new tourism categories like (food tourism, cultural tourism, environmental tourism, youth and adventures tourism, therapeutic tourism), planning and promoting tourism activities as well as learning how to deal with different cultures.
