STAR Managers Success Camp

Career Development Department (CDD) at the School of Continuing Education was glad to host a group of managers from London International Patient Services (LIPS) attending STAR Managers Success Camp.

STAR Managers Success Camp is an intensive program designed to help managers harness their skills in leading teams and organizations. Through five weeks of interactive sessions and practical workshops, participants strengthened their knowledge about employee engagement and using emotional intelligence for successful team management. They also learned how to use different matrices in managing, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of their teams, even the remote ones.

The next round will start on Friday, July 14, at the AUC Tahrir Square campus.
