EduLead Symposium - First Centennial Event at SCE
As part of its landmark centennial celebrations, the School of Continuing Education (SCE) held its first major event on Monday, October 7, 2024—the EduLead Symposium: From Classrooms to Careers. This exclusive gathering marked a milestone in SCE's 100-year journey of shaping education and continuing to inspire future generations.
The symposium welcomed nearly 180 distinguished guests, including top leaders from renowned universities, principals from international schools, and AUC’s esteemed professors and staff, making it a truly VIP event.
In collaboration with FranklinCovey Education, the symposium was tailored to educational leaders, focusing on the critical role of leadership in driving innovation and student success beyond academics. Attendees explored new strategies to transform education and nurture future leaders through two dynamic workshops; Building the Next Generation of Leaders which was mainly focused on Bridging the K-12 and higher education gap through leadership and Transformational Leadership in Education which explored how leadership influences student readiness and long-term success in their future careers.
This event set the stage for high-level discussions that will define the next era of education. The symposium was not just a conference, it was a celebration of SCE's century-long impact and a bold step toward shaping the future of learning.
