Crisis Management New Certificate

The Career Development Department is thrilled to announce the launch of its latest course in Crisis Management. The program offers a comprehensive approach to tackling all aspects of crisis management, from understanding the nature of a crisis to implementing preventive measures and executing agile leadership during challenging times. Additionally, the course emphasizes the importance of effective communication and media management in the face of a crisis.

We are proud to report that the first cohort of this new standalone course was fully booked by a group of Mersal foundation managers, thanks to the generous support of Roche Pharmaceutical company as part of their corporate social responsibility.

The course was led by two of our esteemed instructors, ussein El-Behery, Senior Management Consultant, and Hosam El-Sokkari, Media Consultant and former head of BBC and Yahoo MENA. Their combined expertise and experience ensured that participants received a top-notch education in crisis management.
