Call Center Skills Workshop

The Career Guidance Unit (CGU) at the School of Continuing Education offered a Call Center Skills workshop for the first time at the AUC New Cairo campus. Over ten hours of interactive, hands-on sessions, participants were trained on the call center agents' core competencies and knew how to coach their teams to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
