Advanced Bids and Tenders Management Skills Workshop (Stand-Alone Course)

Through a series of 20-hour hands-on standalone courses, supply chain, procurement, and logistics professionals will get trained on how to plan for bids and tenders, how to prepare the tenders and bids processes, and how to manage the contract cycle. As well, participants with basic knowledge in the supply chain, procurement, and logistics will be oriented about the tenders and bids components and required files, types of contracts, payment terms, and conditions of contracts in addition to acquiring the skills needed to negotiate with suppliers and service providers and the other soft skills required for winning bids and tenders.

*One continuing education unit equals 10 contact hours.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

1. Describe the components of bids and tenders.
2. Practice bids and tenders planning and file preparations.
3. List the contract components, terms, and conditions.
4. Write professional contracts.
5. Practice negotiation skills through role plays and real-life situations.
