Supplier Relationship Management for Procurement Professionals
Learners will be trained to deal with suppliers and establish a win-win relationship with them.
Through a series of 20-hour hands-on workshop, supply chain, procurement, and logistics professionals will get trained on how to deal with suppliers and how to establish a win-win relationship with them. During this course, the participants will have a holistic introduction about procurement and how it intersects with other functions. As well they will learn the difference between internal and external suppliers and how to deal with each one of them. They will learn how to use pareto analysis and Kraljic model for classifying suppliers and how to support the value chain of the organizations through a successful selection of suppliers.
