Protocol and Business Relationship Management workshop is designed to provide employees and business professionals with the techniques that ensure effective protocol and business relationship management. Throughout 10 hours of practical training, participants will learn how to master business etiquette in formal and official gatherings and hold a professional image at every single point of interaction with others.

1. Define etiquette and understand how it is valuable to companies and other organizations
2. Understand how to make effective introductions and a good impression
3. Implement techniques to minimize nervousness in social situations
4. Use a business card effectively, how to conduct a handshake, and other strategies for remembering names and titles
5. How to manage the different levels of conversation and use them appropriately.
6. Understand place settings, napkin etiquette, and basic table manners
