This course builds on the advanced supply chain pathway, preparing learners for professional roles in the field. It explores excellence and global perspectives in supply chain management, with a strong focus on integration, risk management, quality management, and operational excellence. Through a blend of lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will develop the skills needed to excel in the supply chain profession, gaining a solid foundation in global and sustainable supply chains, information management, risk assessment, project management, and supply chain quality and performance improvement.
