Training games fall within a broad category of learning techniques commonly labeled “Interactive activities.” Games-based training is concerned with using games as group activities to optimize participants’ engagement and interaction. In this workshop, you will learn how to use games in your training sessions to create a competitive learning environment full of challenges and a sense of achievement.
