This course provides an essential overview of the laws that govern employment relationships. Key topics include labor law, the dynamics of hiring and termination, wrongful dismissal and just cause, and the structure and behavior of unions and syndicates. Learners will also explore grievance and arbitration procedures, as well as the legal frameworks that guide workplace health and safety and their practical applications.
