Build the Skills Employers Need. Earn Credentials That Matter.

What is Career Accelerator?

The Career Accelerator is a new way to build your career, one proven skill at a time.

Whether you are starting your career, changing paths, or looking to grow professionally, the Career Accelerator gives you a flexible way to gain in-demand skills and showcase your achievements every step of the way

Instead of spending months in a long program before earning a single certificate, you'll earn a verified digital badge every time you master a new skill. These badges, known as micro-credentials, prove what you can do, not just what you studied. They're yours for life and can be shared on your CV and LinkedIn profile, where employers can easily verify your skills.

Choose from 200+ micro-credentials across 17 career tracks, and learn the skills that matter most for your career. Every badge you earn strengthens your professional profile and helps you stand out in today's competitive job market.

What Can you Earn?

Skill-Credential: one skill

Every time you learn a new skill and successfully complete a hands-on assessment, you earn a Skill Credential. Each credential is a verified digital badge that proves you have mastered a specific skill.

Examples: Social Media Strategy, Reading Financial Statements, Project Planning, or Customer Service Excellence.

Job Credential: skills from different tracks, for one job role

Many careers require skills from different fields. A Job Credential is earned by combining three to eight Skill Credentials that match the requirements of a specific job role. There are no additional courses; simply build the right combination of verified skills.

Example: To earn the Marketing Trainer Job Credential, you'll combine marketing from the marketing track, and training and facilitation skills from the Leadership and Management track, and you're ready for that role.

Track Credential: complete a full learning journey

If you complete all the Skill Credentials within one career track, you'll earn a Track Credential. This shows employers that you have developed comprehensive knowledge and practical skills across an entire professional field.

Example: Complete the full Data Analytics and Business Intelligence track- from Excel and data visualization to Python and earn the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Track Credential.
