Dean James Ketterer at the "Opera Talk" Event: A Conversation About Opera Don Carlos

On Wednesday, March 23, Dean James Ketterer moderated a discussion about the opera, Verdi's Don Carlos, which preceded the live, high definition broadcast of the opera from the Metropolitan Opera in New York City to the Cairo Opera House. The panelists for the discussion were Abdel Monem Said, Soprano Dina Iskander, and Maestro Nayer Nagui. The opera talks are hosted by the American University in Cairo's (AUC) Tahrir Culture Center and with the support and guidance of Mahmoud Abdallah.
