Customer Experience Management Workshop (CXM)
The Career Development Department (CDD) hosted a 15-hour program on Customer Experience Management for 16 Telecom Egypt (TE) managers. The program was conducted on New Cairo premises for the period from June 9 - 27 by Shaher Shody and Omnia Negm. Through hands-on experience and practical techniques, participants learned innovative approaches to creating, assessing, and evaluating all the processes related to customer-centric business strategies and measurement tools through a holistic approach that involves the organization as a whole.
