Applied Supervisory Professional Diploma (ASPD) is designed to equip supervisors/potential-supervisors with the supervisory, professional, and vocational practical skills in one comprehensive program.
This program covers quality control fundamentals, including basic quality tools, control charts for variables and attributes, process capability analysis, sampling plans and techniques, inspection and sampling plans, root-cause analysis for process improvement, and quality cost concepts.
Students are introduced to reading technical drawings, their symbols, and terminology in this fundamentals course. Terms and definitions used in different sectors and industries, such as manufacturing and construction, may also be covered. Basic drawing skills will be introduced in geometric construction, making measurements, and lettering.
