Evaluation Services

The Exams, Tests, and Evaluation Department (ETAD) at the School of Continuing Education offer evaluation services covering, but not limited to, learners, student evaluation, and satisfaction level. Also, faculty, instructors, staff members evaluation, satisfaction level, happiness rates, and periodical reporting services. The service can be offered online or face-to-face.

  • Face to face evaluation visits

  • Virtual class visits (through zoom, Moodle, collaborate, blackboard, skype, WhatsApp…etc.).

  • Online data collection (emailing the surveys to the students and virtually reporting the evaluation results to your organization course by course).

Online Faculty Evaluation

  • Satisfaction-data collection (through online surveys).

  • KPIS collection -with the aim of continual improvement- through asking faculty members/ instructors to evaluate the SCE departmental communication and IA administrative support. (to measure instructors' level of satisfaction and highlight the strengths and the areas that need development).

  • Carrying out various forms of analyses (such as time series analysis, t-test…, etc.).

  • Supporting decision-makers by recommending a course of action.

Staff Evaluation and Happiness Rate

  •  Staff opinions collection through a happiness survey to find out the staff opinions about the work environment, to develop a healthy work environment, and promote a positive workplace.
