The Future Me (Time Explorers) Summer Camp offers a learning journey for Gen Z and Alpha learners to explore how ideas evolve across time. Participants will discover historical foundations, reimagine concepts through AI and emerging technologies, and apply their knowledge to real-world innovation. Through hands-on activities and creative exploration, learners develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and future-ready skills. The experience will empower the participants to connect the past, build the present, and imagine bold possibilities for the future.

Smart Transportation

  1. Explore the evolution of transportation throughout history by identifying key milestones, analyzing past mobility challenges, and understanding how historical solutions shaped modern transportation systems and electric vehicles.
  2. Use AI tools to recreate historical transportation scenes through engaging time-travel videos and develop creative future mobility concepts inspired by historical insights and emerging technologies.
  3. Design, build, and test a functional Arduino-powered electric vehicle prototype while applying innovation, engineering, and problem-solving skills to real-world transportation challenges.
  4. Collaborate to present an interactive “time-travel journey” that connects the past, present, and future of mobility, including AI-driven solutions for future urban transportation needs.

Smart Security

  1. Explore historical surveillance and defense strategies across different societies, and analyze how architectural and security innovations evolved to protect communities and environments.
  2. Develop AI-generated simulations of historical monitoring systems and evaluate the effectiveness of both technical and non-technical protection methods used throughout history.
  3. Design, build, and test a functional Arduino-based radar prototype using sensor integration, applying practical engineering and problem-solving skills in security technology.
  4. Conceptualize creative AI-powered surveillance solutions for future smart environments and discuss the ethical implications of safety and security innovations in both historical and future contexts.

Sustainable Smart Housing

  1. Explore traditional sustainable design principles, including mashrabiyas and passive cooling systems, and analyze how historical environmental architecture influenced modern climate control technologies.
  2. Create AI-generated visualizations of historical sustainable environments while examining how past architectural solutions can inspire modern eco-friendly and energy-efficient housing.
  3. Design, assemble, and test a smart air-conditioning prototype using Arduino components, applying practical engineering and sustainability concepts.
  4. Collaborate to develop and present innovative AI-integrated sustainable housing proposals for future cities, inspired by traditional architectural practices and modern environmental needs.

Smart Aviation and Future Aerospace

  1. Explore the major milestones in aviation history and examine how early aviation pioneers overcame challenges and influenced the development of modern aerospace systems and technologies.
  2. Use AI tools to create historical aviation scenarios and analyze how past innovations continue to shape today’s aviation and aerospace advancements.
  3. Design and build a smart runway model using Arduino-based automation, applying engineering, problem-solving, and technology integration skills.
  4. Collaborate to develop and present imaginative AI-driven aviation concepts and visionary flight scenarios for the next 50 years, inspired by lessons from the past.
