Registration Instructions, Policies and Procedures
Registration instructions and tips, coupled with a clear understanding of policies and procedures, lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful academic experience.
The learner can take a messy workplace problem to a defensible recommendation. They frame the real problem testably, separating symptoms from causes and bounding scope; gather evidence from diverse sources and weigh its reliability, relevance and bias — including verifying AI-generated material against original sources; isolate root causes with structured analysis tools linked to evidence; generate genuinely distinct solution options and select among them with explicit weighted criteria and honest trade-offs; and communicate the recommendation with a traceable reasoning chain, addressing multiple stakeholder perspectives and defending it under live challenge. Competence was verified through a group recommendation project on a realistic Egyptian business case with an individually cross-examined defence.
- Analyze the master-case situation to produce a problem statement that separates listed symptoms from the stated problem, defines scope (what is in/out), and is testable (evidence could prove it wrong), per the framing checklist
- Analyze the case evidence pool to produce an evidence log of at least eight items from at least three source types (documents, data, people), each rated for reliability and relevance with one identified potential bias, and with every AI-assisted item verified against an original source per the log checklist
- Analyze the framed problem using at least one structured cause-analysis tool to produce a cause map in which every claimed root cause is linked to logged evidence, candidate causes ruled out are recorded with reasons, and the case dataset is correctly interpreted per the analysis checklist
- Produce an options matrix containing at least three distinct options (not variants of one), scored against at least four explicit weighted criteria drawn from the case constraints, with the selection and its trade-offs documented per the matrix checklist
- Deliver a recommendation brief and live presentation in which the reasoning chain is traceable end-to-end, anticipated stakeholder concerns are addressed for at least two distinct perspectives, and challenges in the live Q&A are answered from evidence (or honestly conceded) per the defence checklist
