Registration Instructions, Policies and Procedures
Registration instructions and tips, coupled with a clear understanding of policies and procedures, lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful academic experience.
The learner can manage their own professional workload reliably. They capture every task, commitment and deadline into one trusted, current system; prioritize work against goals with explicit do/defer/delegate/decline decisions; plan realistic weeks and days with honest time estimates and buffers that meet deadlines; protect focus blocks, control digital distraction and triage interruptions professionally; and run weekly reviews that close loops and improve their system — including raising workload overload early, with quantified capacity and workable options. Competence was verified through a live simulated work block with injected tasks and interruptions, a personal-system portfolio, and an individually cross-examined defence, all on a realistic Egyptian workplace case.
- Apply a capture-and-organize method to build and run a personal task system over the course period in which 100% of the case-injected tasks appear with source, action and date, verified at unannounced audits.
- Apply an importance/urgency prioritization method to the master-case workload to produce a ranked list in which every item carries a do/defer/delegate/decline decision traceable to the case's stated goals, with the top three priorities justified in writing.
- Produce a weekly plan and two daily plans for the master case in which every priority is scheduled with a time estimate, total planned time fits available hours with a stated buffer, and all case deadlines are met on paper per the planning checklist.
- Demonstrate, in a live simulated work block with scripted interruptions, focus protection: complete the deep-work deliverable within the block, triage each interruption per the protocol (handle/defer/redirect), and log distraction defenses used per the checklist.
- Apply the weekly-review protocol to the case period, producing a completed review record (loops closed, plan corrected, one system improvement), and demonstrate in a live role-play an overload conversation that states the conflict, quantifies capacity and proposes options per the checklist.
