Registration Instructions, Policies and Procedures

Registration instructions and tips, coupled with a clear understanding of policies and procedures, lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful academic experience.

The learner can run a professional job search end-to-end. They decode job advertisements into real requirements and select targets on honest, evidence-based fit; build a tailored CV whose every line evidences an achievement and survives automated screening, with disclosed, truthful use of AI tools; write short, tailored application messages that earn a reading; perform in live interviews using structured situation–action–result evidence stories, informed questions and professional presence; and manage the search as a tracked pipeline with timely follow-ups, professional rejection handling and a reasoned offer response. Competence was verified through a live panel interview, a complete application pack and an individually cross-examined defence, on a realistic Egyptian hiring case.

  1. Apply a job-ad decoding method to three real advertisements to produce requirement maps separating must-haves from nice-to-haves, an honest fit score per role with evidence, and a documented target decision per the targeting checklist
  2. Produce a tailored CV for the chosen target role in which every experience bullet follows action–result form (quantified where possible), content maps to the role's must-have requirements, and the document passes all screening-safety checklist items
  3. Produce a cover message (≤200 words) and two application-form answers for the target role in which the opening states the specific role and fit hook, each claim is evidence-backed, and the employer-specific tailoring test in the checklist is passed (no transplantable text)
  4. Demonstrate, in a live mock interview for the target role, structured answers (situation–action–result) to at least four behavioral questions drawn from the role's requirements, ask two informed questions, and meet the presence/logistics checklist items
  5. Apply a pipeline-tracking method to the case search to produce a tracker covering all case applications with stage, next action and date; execute the scripted follow-up and rejection-response correctly; and document the offer-evaluation response per the checklist
