Registration Instructions, Policies and Procedures
Registration instructions and tips, coupled with a clear understanding of policies and procedures, lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful academic experience.
The learner can manage the emotional dimension of professional work. They recognize their own emotional triggers and patterns through structured self-observation; regulate their reactions in live pressure moments so behavior stays professional and deliberate; read colleagues' and customers' emotional states accurately and acknowledge them before problem-solving; handle emotionally charged interactions — receiving harsh feedback, delivering disappointing news, de-escalating upset people — while protecting both the relationship and the objective; and sustain their own motivation with a working system and an evidence-based development plan. Competence was verified through a live simulation circuit on a realistic Egyptian workplace case, a personal portfolio, and an individually cross-examined defence.
- Analyze two weeks of structured self-observation to produce a self-awareness profile that names recurring emotional patterns with logged trigger incidents (situation–emotion–reaction), identifies strengths and development areas with evidence, per the profile checklist
- Demonstrate, in two live pressure simulations (provocation and time-pressure scenarios), regulation per the composure checklist: a visible or declared regulation technique applied, no unprofessional reaction items triggered, and a deliberate (not reactive) response delivered
- Demonstrate, in a live empathic-listening exercise with a scripted counterpart, accurate emotion identification (confirmed against the script key), an acknowledgment of the emotion before problem-solving, and active-listening behaviors per the checklist
- Demonstrate, in two live charged-interaction role-plays (receiving harsh feedback; de-escalating an upset counterpart), the interaction protocols: non-defensive reception with a clarifying question, de-escalation steps in order, and a professional close with a recorded outcome, per the checklist
- Produce a motivation system and development plan in which each development area from the self-awareness profile has a specific practice action with a schedule and progress measure, and a two-week motivation log shows the system applied, per the plan checklist
