Cambridge Assessment English

SCE (School of Continuing Education) has established an agreement with Cambridge assessment English, through its testing department to offer individuals and organizations a package of internationally recognized English language exams, listed below, from Cambridge University. 

• Young Learners (YLE: Young Learners English - Starters, YLE: Young Learners English - Movers, and YLE: Young Learners English - Flyers)

• General English (Key English Test (KET) and Preliminary English Test (PET) )

• English for Schools (Key English Test (KET) for Schools, Preliminary English Test (PET) for Schools, and First Certificate in English (FCE) for Schools)

• Academic and Professional English (First Certificate in English (FCE) & Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) )

• Teaching English (Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) )

The above exams are designed to motivate learners to learn and improve their learning. From beginner (KET) to advanced (CAE) levels, Cambridge English exams provide a full range of general English exams to help people measure their progress in English. If one needs proof of her/his level of English in order to attend a university or college or to get a better job, Cambridge exams can help her/him to reach her/his goal.

Cambridge English exams provide a reliable reflection of the four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. These exams are developed in accordance with the principals and approaches of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) – the standard benchmark used internationally to measure language ability.
