    * One continuing education unit equals 10 contact hours.

    Learners are assessed throughout the term by tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, or other means of evaluation. End-of-term achievement tests measure learners’ overall performance in the course. The final grade in each course is based on the learners’ performance on continual assessment measures and the final test. Final course grades are not based on attendance since — in accordance with SCE’s attendance policy — learners must attend at least 75 percent of the class sessions in order to be allowed to take the final examination.

  • This certificate provides the learner with in-depth and highly technical knowledge about various types of tax laws applied in Egypt and the region, together with their implications for individuals and corporations.

    • Applicants must pass the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT), Score ENGGA2C or Passing ENGGA2B

    •  Applicants must have basic computer literacy

    •  Applicants must be graduates of the Faculty of Commerce (accounting major). Graduates of different majors should pass SBAF 101 and must have a minimum of two-year professional experience in accounting/finance field

  • Admission Fee:

    EGP 75 = A onetime admission non-refundable fee

    Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT) Fees: 

    EGP 200 for Egyptians and EGP 250 for International Students = up to 6 working days before the beginning of the term.

    One-day service Test (SEPT) Fees:

    EGP 370 for Egyptians and EGP 465 for International Students= five working days before the first day of the term.

    OR

    Online English Placement Test (OEPT) Fees:

    EGP 130 for Egyptians and EGP 170 for International Students = up to 4 working days before the beginning of the term.

    Exam fees are non-refundable and change in admission test dates are only allowed 2 working days in advance of the reserved test session.   

    Course tuition: 

    Fees/course for Egyptians = EGP 1,500/ 3 CEUs

    Fees/course for International Student = EGP 1,875/ 3 CEUs
