Upon completion of ASPD, supervisors will be able to:
- Negotiate and hire new workers;
- Coordinate and manage operations;
- Communicate effectively and report to superiors;
- Estimate needs, ensure supply and manage resources;
- Efficiently use modern tools and machinery in all aspects of their work;
- Comply with and apply regulations, laws, safety and health precautions;
- Plan, schedule, organize and coordinate work schedules for teams and works.

Learners must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical-related field after high school completion or completed >5 CEUs (>50 Hours) in SCE’s Applied Studies Department at a specific area of specialization or have a bachelor degree.
