- Define the value added and non-value added in the customer's eyes.
- Demonstrate Key performance indicators (KPIs) and organization quality metrics.
- Identify the impact of poor quality KPI on organizational outcomes.
- Utilize quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean in real-world scenarios.
- Define how to streamline workflows, minimize waste, and design new work streams.
- Assess the effectiveness of current KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Develop a quality leadership improvement plan to take Quality to the next level.
- Develop a quality assurance plan with a set of KPIs for a specific organization.
