Registration instructions and tips, coupled with a clear understanding of policies and procedures, lay the foundation for a fulfilling and successful academic experience.
A sequence of self-assessment journeys, each built around a single well-established framework for understanding personality, values, type or cognitive ability. Self-awareness is the goal and career choice is the application: each framework is presented with its natural basis and translated into career terms, and the program closes with a capstone that integrates all six journeys — via the Six Fits Model — into one decision model for reviewing a current job and testing a possible next move.
- Name your personal hierarchy of values (Allport) and audit a current or target role against it.
- Map your psychodynamic natures (Oldham's five continua) and relate them to a role's demands.
- Map your DiSC behavioural style and identify the work contexts where it thrives.
- Read your MBTI type, temperament and associated intelligence, and translate them into realistic career directions.
- Profile your four cognitive abilities and match them to the intellectual demands of a job.
- Identify your sublanguage (representational) channel preferences and match them to your work methods.
- Integrate all six self-assessments using the Six Fits Model to audit your current role and present a reasoned career-reorientation choice.
