The English for Hospitality and Tourism Program is a set of three free, fully online courses designed to help learners develop practical English skills for hospitality and tourism workplaces. Those courses focus on everyday communication, customer service, and tourism-related situations to support better job performance and career growth.
The courses are offered by the AUC School of Continuing Education (SCE), Hospitality and Tourism Academy, and are delivered in a flexible, self-paced format to suit the needs of working adults and aspiring professionals.

- The English for Hospitality and Tourism Program consists of three online courses. Each course uses a communicative approach and focuses on real-life language used in hospitality and tourism contexts
- Learners can study one or more courses. However, if they finish all three courses, they should be able to start an entry-level job in hospitality or tourism

Welcome to Our Hotel!
This course equips you with practical English for authentic hotel scenarios. It guides you step-by-step through key operations—from greeting guests at reception to assisting them throughout their stay. Each module teaches everyday vocabulary, phrases, and polite expressions used by hotel staff, complete with clear explanations and examples.
Bon Appétit and Bon Voyage
This course explores practical English for restaurants and cafés, alongside essential language for travel agents assisting tourists. Featuring a variety of real-life video scenarios, it immerses learners in authentic situations to develop their Listening and Speaking skills—empowering confident communication in hospitality and tourism settings.
